These noodles are amazing. They have a great chew so I love the texture. They also shipped them to me very well protected, and they thaw out beautifully after putting them in the freezer. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that leftover they’re not the same texture. They become soft. But most long noodle pasta is that way.
